The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Hm.
I've booked the week between Xmas and New Year off work for this, as that was the timeframe originally mooted :(
Doubt we can make end-of-nov...

So...

Are we definitely combining the "Xmas meetup" with the November Olympia 'drop in London?

Or would as many / more folk still be up for meeting between Xmas and New Year in somewhere a bit more central?

I need to know whether to put my efforts towards making Olympia, or if we'd be better trying to make arrangements nearer the end of the year?

It was only a suggestion that we made the Olympia drop the Christmas do as 1. a lot of us were gonna be there anyway and more importantly 2. nothing else had been arranged.

I will go with whatever is decided, as long as SOMETHING is decided!

My problem is that I don't really know the North of England that well - Leicester was suggested as one possible venue at one point?
I'll try to rally the Scots lot, see what the general consensus is up 'ere.
