Take note of the weapons rules on page 11. The organisers have said that we will be permitted with our weapons (against rule 4) provided we read and abide strictly by the other rules.

It's the first time I've seen this rule though! : "There will be kids at the event - please don’t run around deliberately scaring them."

Is it just me who thinks perhaps Abe's reputation has preceded him?

Best cheap option at short notice would probably be a small holdall.

No problems at all! I will be there sometime during Friday afternoon/early evening depending on work.

You are welcome to arrive any time you like, but check the schedule - most programming starts at 10am on Saturday (about 3:15pm on Friday) so if you sleep in then you miss a load of stuff!

Generally, I plan to allow Abe out on Friday evening and Saturday evening; I have me-stuff planned during the days but I might let Abe out a bit more provided the room has a/c strong enough to dry the suit out in between.

Will be with you around 8ish if that's cool? As wife is dropping me off so I can stay and have drinks in the evening
