Right! Let's get this party underway! With just a week to go best put something on here so everyone knows what is happening.

This is what I'm providing so far
Friday evening at the Golden Pond starting at 9:30 with fancy dress disco and karaoke
Food will be available from 5:30 on the Friday with a special UKCM menu
If anyone has any special dietary requirements now is the time to let me know

I'm providing space for people who wish to sleep over at the restaurant with a full English the next day @£5 per person for those who want it but I will need to know numbers so I know how many to cook for

Some of you have plans for the Saturday morning/afternoon so that's is fine as long as you are all aware the evening will begin at 5:30

on the Saturday the evening entertainment starts at 5:30
This will consist of a geek comedian, burlesque dancer and geek quiz along with a Chinese buffet
This is set at £10 per person.

The chosen charity is Exeter Leukaemia Fund and we will be having a charity raffle, charity Auction and the Movember results. I'm dropping out of that one as I had to shave as I was in danger of wearing a snood.

Breakfast will again be served on Sunday for those who want it.

No rush for when you guys need to leave for


Showers will be available for those who want to use it in the upstairs flat

There will be no charge for people wishing to camp at the restaurant. Those who want to contribute something towards staying can do that at the bar.
