Just been informed this will be in benifit to the Army benevolent fund

to arrive for 10am and out on the floor for 10.30am if possible

this will be a large event with expected attendance over 2000, spread over the market area and surrounding streets the event will also have numerous other costume groups in attendance with a large emphasis on engaging with the public

the central area will have a large stage with entertainment and bands, as well as a small fair (great photo ops), various military vehicles old and new

Secure Changing and a table if wanted

Sounds good to me!

I'll be there with an Alien for as much as I can wear it. Changing space would be very helpful. Table will depend on if our weapon collectors can make it!

OK Somehow I missed this one until now so I'm putting my name on the ready line if we're still doing it?

Got 2 Pulse Rifles so could display one on a table if we have one? Also Pulse Rifle Data Card and Poster in Frameless Frames if it helps?

There was local con here a week or two ago with loads of publicity, they held a costume/cosplay competition. Only 4 people entered...
