Well, I'm lucky enought to say I currently own an amazing Matsucorp 2.0 pr:D , but was sadly dissapointed that my laser cut id tag from mnoble was a might big.

Up side, got a G & P conversion on the way, so I can still use it - yay....

Up side X2, mailed mnoble re possible different size tag on the next run & he said he'd look into it - sounded positive anyway.

Not trying to start an interest run or anything (especially since I'm not the maker!), just a heads up to anyone out there who'd like 1 - & I can attest that the id tag I've got is absolute amazing quality too:shock: !

The current dimensions are 33 x 91mm

These were sized for the G+P. (maybe fit Icons also,since
airsoft kit seems to be a copy)

This shows painted vs. unpainted.

I have a few to cut,so I need some additional orders to make
the minimum.

I'd be up for one, possibly two if that will help make the minimum. (I could put the second on the shadow box PR display I'm planning...)

Heck, make it two.

I would suggest for continuity sake that the mfg stamp should be the Matsucorp logo instead of Armat, since my PR's have Matsucorp nomanclature engraved in the reciever.

That or just the matsucorp "M".

Up to the individual user really, I have artwork if you need it.

I've got 27x91 worth of usable space, a 25x85 plate should work well., if not a little smaller.

I'm building Doc a hero PR and am having the reciever engraved as we speak. I didn't think to change the NSN to reflect the M41-b variant, I just told them to do the same setup as before except M41-B. I'll check tomorrow to see if they've done it yet. He usually calls just before he puts the machine to it just to verify, so I think were ok yet. Up to you Doc which way you want to go.

Griefboys PR was built on an SD reciever so it dosent have any engravings.

Ah, decisions, decisions. If Matsucorp is the contractor building the gun then engraving on the receiver reflecting that would be OK. Doesn't the metal plate go on the housing? I think it would be applied by the entity accepting the weapon for use. The plate should reflect the serial number of the weapon and the name of the entity that owns it. Just my two cents.

By "entity" I was refering to, as examples; USCM, Weyland-Yutani, The March of Dimes, etc....

Another thing to consider that a PR in it's lifetime could go through changes as well.
It might have stared life as an M41-A but had the shrouds swapped out at some point for the "B" shrouds sans counter.
(like my AR-15 that started life as an A1 CAR and is now a SOPMOD M4gery)

In the future the "post war" gun collectors market will put a higher value on weapons with plates identifying them as having been used by certain individuals or units, in specific or historical campaigns. Ones with acid scars are particularly sought after, but beware of fakes.
