Location: Chicago
Two layers of genuine, Charcoal Grey, 3oz - pebble textured Top Grain Leather, with 1/8" batting between.
- Also went with the Olive stitching on the neck trim.

I too am currently making a ad pad (well, having it made). Not SA though, Mine's black, and a test run for the pattern. Hope it turns out 1/2 as well as this.

Thanks a lot.

The raised areas are stuffed with extra batting material.
Going to beat those down a bit, and into a little better shape, with a rubber mallet.
That, and a little overall stretching, it will be good to go.

I suppose this isn't fully screen accurate either, being made of leather.
But, I thought it would be a nice choice.
