I'll use this for my build and questions and answers.

I'm using Nobodys pep files and looking at using fiberglassing the inside and using EasyFlo Cd for the outside. I'm wondering if anyone has used the easyflo before and if its anything like smooth-cast as this is all new to me.

Well got my resin today so in the process of writing atut/pictorial on how to do this from start to finish along with lessons lerned and costs it has taken to build. This will be a rolling post so got the first 2 posts for it. Questions and advice can come after.

Lookign forward to it. other than mastering molds ( to likely be used once) and buying plastic to use on my vac table I may go this route.
