The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I'd probably order one using the 6 pay option but not having VCRA docs I don't want to take the chance of it being siezed when it finally ships. IF Propstore do carry it then I doubt they will have this instalment payment offer and I'm very bad with saving money lol

As it's not actually released for several months, I wonder if I should order one now, then get the airsoft docs side of things sorted out before they ship it? :|

Could do, it's definitely an option, although I'm not sure how specific the definition of 'import' is with regards to the VCRA. It may mean you have to be covered at time of placing an order, making payment, or actual entry into the country. I don't know.

PSOL most likely wont be able to sell this without the buyer being VCRA defended / exempt.

My local airsoft place has an event on 17th May, so think I'll pay them a visit. :)

They sold the Korben Dallas blaster without restriction and that's just as gun shaped.

Darren, PS do payment terms for prop stuff so if you ask em they might on this (espesh as its quite high cost).

TBH i still dont see how you can use the airsoft exemption for something that isn't an airsoft.

Neither do I, but them's the rules, an exemption is an exemption. The VCRA doesn't differentiate between exempt parties, they're all just exempt (or not!).

The Dallas blaster I can just about get my head around; it looks more like a power drill than a firearm... The M41-A however, is fairly unmistakably a rifle shaped thing. Fingers crossed they're allowed to sell it.

Well... I just ordered mine! Used the 6 pay option and ordered the perceived OD version (ducks head to a void tomatoes form the Brown Bess fans. ;) )

...6 payments of $150.00? How could I pass that up?

I'm slightly worried about pre-ordering one in case I can't get it into the country.

If you want to purchase, get it shipped to me I will remove the shroud and ship it to you.
I'll then 'dispose' of the rest free of charge

Also if anyone wants it shipped to me for then shipping onto them in a more...appropriate packaging and paperwork....I'd be willing to help out.

Several pictures feature the grenade launcher pump fully, or partially pulled back, with nothing apparently holding it in place.

This implies that there is no spring in the pump, and it just slides about. Which would suck.

My company will be importing them into Spain to resell them here. I was wondering if shipping from here to you, being part of the EU would do you any good?

Idnt mind to order them all for you as we have the money and means but im not aware of the exact Eu/Uk laws...

Just to put some examples when we import LOTR swords from the USA they all go thru customs but if we get them from Italy we get them without a hassle...

We're working the details with HGC right now... But something on the 700-900 figure. Dunno about shipping, though. Not sure if this item can go thru our postal service and private courier might be expensive, unless you can get a local hub to get all and then redistribute them to you... We could then use a logistics freighter if there's enough interest.

EDIT: YOu're from AT anyway!?

EDIT2: Now, whos' got the guts to open his SDSPR and try fitting the alu shrouds?? hehe

The pictures of the BB PR on HCG's site show the receiver and shrouds joined. Also, below the handle, you can see there is no crease in the shrouds, indicating that it is one piece. The pics on their site may just be of a prototype though and not the final product.

Those of you in the UK will be happy to know HCG just emailed me to say The Propstore will be selling their new Pulse Rifle.

Still looking it over so I don't have much commentary other than this. Fellas. If you decide to buy it, check out the PR of the month on mah site first. I'm not saying why. It's just the right thing to do. Thank you. That is all. :D

Sorry Willie, yours is the official confirmation, which is great. :)

I was alluding to the fact that I've stated repeatedly on this board that Propstore told me they would be selling it in the UK, but for some reason people didn't believe me. Or just ignored me. ;)

Don't feel bad Mike, I think what with the law being the way it is no one was 100% sure (even though you indeed heard it from the horses mouth). I mean for a while no one knew if HCG would definitely be releasing the PR at all.

And for the record I didn't believe you, and I ignored you, so there! ;)

(Kidding!)
