The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Hey guys. I just picked up another Pulse Rifle to replace the one I had to sell several years ago. So I wanted to join so I could learn about my kit and make it the best I can.

I have been collecting props for close to 15 years now, a member of the RPF, Propfixs, and Trek Prop Zone. I'm glad to get my membership here too! :)

Hello folks,

I'm Wasili, i'm from Amsterdam. I've been on the RPF and the MPF for quite a while now. Do modelmaking for a living. First got introduced to Alien in the early 80's when i was 11, when i was given the large Alien photo novel. Not knowing what to expect, it scared the hell out of me when i flipped the pages of the chestburster. Made a lasting impression.

Currently building an 1/12 APC, as shown on the RPF. The APC was my fav vehicle from Alien(s), when i saw it the first time. Since i've extended my favs to all the stuff from Alien and Aliens.

The build has certainly rekindled my interest in the movies.

Cheers,

Wasili

Greetings fellow Aliens fanatics.
And am Dan, been a fan longer than I can remember, always wanted the armor. Just recently started on my own set. When I get progress, hopefully when weather gets better, I will start a thread on it and give some pics.

Hi all,
I have been a fan of the Aliens movies since I was 8 years old and begged my dad to take me to Alien. He relented and I made it to when they try and cut the facehugger off. I know nothing even happened at that point. My imagination was going crazy.

I have been a big Blade Runner collector, but since my family only allows me one collection at a time, I sold off my collection to finance my Aliens armor etc.

I have enjoyed lurking and decided to make the jump to participating member.
Thanks,
Aaron

Hi all,
I Rebecca though i am only 13 i'm the resident sci-fi geek of my school and neighborhood. I love the alien series so much though Avp is not the greatest thing in the world to me. Me and my friends (okay mostly me) only recently started being cosplayers or whatever but i hope this site helps, plus were making an abridged series though i doubt we'll ever get the first episode done.
