The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I think this might be a bit uindersized. It matches the size on my 3d pritned gun but I still think that the original may have been bigger.

Also added the mounting pieces to the receiver.

Then fitted the drum.

Also made the box detail that goes above the drum mag.

Fitted this and the shroud to the drum mag.

The gun now looks like this (with side charging handle and flat foresight element just placed in position):

Now I just need to use milliput to fill gaps and shape the barrel just behind the muzzle before painting it.

A large amount of dedicated and quality work there.
If I were to see that at a con, I would not guess it was a scratch built project.
Very nice.

Are the vest and spring arm on the next build list?

Thanks for the positive feedback.
For the time being at least I don't plan on the vest or mounting. I need to get back to all the other projects I'm working on.

Brilliant work. Honestly makes me laugh when you look at the first build pic and then see the finished gun.
