So far it is a pair of 3D printed parts, some spring steel and two bits of aluminium rod with the sheath of an old VGA cord over them :). No idea if the size is right, this might be version 1 of several.

I'll post the STL files I've made and pics as I go along.

While working on more smartgunner headset parts I found a set or headphones that look right, I will switch to using these and print new parts to match. I have 3D modeled some more of the Beyer parts and have smrtazzsmrtgnnr files printed for the rest.
