Hi all-

As some may know, I currenly collect only screen used props. I recently sold off many of my pieces to focus on the 4 Aliens films, since they are my favorite franchise. Like most of you, there is no comparison to me between the first 2 films and the last two, though I enjoyed the latter as well. My collection is small, but each piece is special to me. I hope to purchase more pieces in the future, once my financial situation improves, LOL! In the mean time, please take a look and let me know what you think!

I'm finding out with alot of screen used props, that there is immense detail such found on this piece, even if it's never going to be seen on screen. It's almost as if the prop department figures that the actors can get into character better if everthing looks/feels like it's real.

It's too bad you didn't snatch up that tommin pr when you had the chance. I heard through the grapevine that it went for a lot of dough. Eh... IT was well worth the money.

LOL, Tom...I know it was! If I was still collecting replicas, it would have been the jewel of my collection, without question!


BTW, I discovered that each Alien 3 flarebox in the film had a different number on it. I was able to screen match mine from the stack of them, and I had never noticed that your replica is of my actual screen used box! Pretty cool, IMO!

I'm curious to learn where you found these awesome peices and how much a few of them cost you. I just purchased an Alien prop myself, but I fear I got slammed on the price.
