According to the article in the link I posted above, there is a typo.
You have to open the .ini file, find and delete one character, save it, close it and then play the game as normal.

That is it. Nothing complicated.

Cool, I have it for ps3. I never really noticed how they moved. I stopped playing it, I have to restart it.
