The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Hi all

Richard and I got together earlier and have done some rotas for the Alien Encounter and for the activities outside of that.

We thought we would start a new thread to try and ensure that everyone sees them beforehand.

Things to note. The rotas for the AE only cover the Marines. The Aliens will be handled by Gareth and since, at the moment, we only have 5 Lab tech types (including Gary S as the Professor) we have simply listed those people under Lab techs. Hopefully other people will be available at the weekend to step into some of those roles so that these guys aren't in there all day both days. The AE will close between 12:15 and 13:15 to allow an hours break for everyone.

PDF of rotas has been attached below. Please print this out if you can and bring it with you.

If anyone has any problem or notes any inconsistencies with the Rotas then please get in touch.

Cheers

Darren

We usually source more lab-rats from the ranks of the UKG, a number of them have done it before so it shouldn't be a problem. I'm quite happy to be in there all weekend anyway... AE is my only involvement in the event.

I like it. Shouting at punters, watching over the range and displays and a bit of banter with Trevor? Fried Gold indeed!

Darren, I take it I can de-armour for sitting with Trev?

The script sounds brilliant Rich. But there is only a little problem for me.

"Nothing AE" related. My mind set is alittle off. So i know i'm Grunt 4, but could you take me off it mate. I just need to get some important stuff sorted out first and so on my time will be restricted to learn things and remember them. But i'm happy still to work the firing range.

Hope this is alright chap, sorry for the hassle. :{

Callum
