So, after helping sidewinder out with a plaster at Glasgow, I thought I'd put a bit more effort in this time. 
Went shopping today: 
All packed into this medical supplies bag:

All packed away: 
Actual size of the full bag is approx. a 4lb bag of sugar. 
Note: I'm no medic, so most of this will only be offered/handed to someone who asks for my help.

Exactly. 
Armour, lamps, PRs, in fact anything plastic or metal.
Also, the sticky Velcro pads for any impromptu patch peels.

DON`T STOP DRINKING Then you NEVER wake up with a BAD head
If of the weaker persuasion though,these two methods work
1/ Have a glass of water & asprins at your bedside. 2/ A Fry Up does the trick to settle the tummy & head

fry up?? when hungover?? BLLUUUUUGHHHH i always find the best thing is a slimfast milkshake! full of everything you need. damn good idea though Steve. im a first aider, so always thought about bringing a med kit. just never got round to it |

I know a bit, but haven't taken any refresher courses for many years. I don't faint at the sight of blood, so at least I can offer some assistance.

Good idea there Steve, i normally carry plasters and asprin when i go away.... Best cure for hangover...drink heavy the night before....
