To all my family in the UKCM it is with heavy heart that I bring you this news but effective immediately as im now back in the Gym I will no longer be consuming alcohol, now this may come as a shock to most and some wont understand but that's how its going to be unless of course someone lines up jagerbombs in front of me as it would be rude not to partake

Trust me I am, ask about the time I ended up in hospital cause id rather be out eating and drinking then doing the proper thing, I just don't like cider, but im very partial to a jagerbomb or 25
