The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

So ... HYPOTHETICALLY...

Do we have any ideas for promo/viral videos or similar that we could be involved in to help promote Aliens:Colonial Marines like the corporate whores we so want to be? ;)

The ideas can be funny or serious, but need to be realistic (in cost and safety/legality). This would be with backing/funding from the Company.

Ideas please ...

Brainstorm, GO!

Im loving the idea of a "Britans Got Talent" style audition vids of the Marines/xenos who didnt make it in. and maybe a shot of Abe in a motion capture suit....making sure they get a realistic "bug" movement!

All joking aside, do we know if the game has a tag line we could work with?

FLASH MOB!

Have ALIEN(s) walking around folk doing what he does best. The have a SQUAD of Marines either take off their coats or rush in to deal with said bug(s).

I appreciate the legal necessities of this concerning PRs but depending if done in a shopping center with permission or at a Con. Are possible ways around it. Plus hopefully the larger turn out of Bug(s) and marines if the latter ;)

Liking the flashmob idea, very reminiscent of the "old republic" flashmob

Can I be naked apart from armour and a strategically placed beaver?

Did I just say that out loud?

Flashmob sounds good. They have done a couple of lightsaber flashmobs here at Cabot Circus in Bristol. That and a London AE :)

How the heck do you hide a Lightsaber™ for a Flashmob?! :s

Actually don't answer that, I'm not sure I want to know! ;)

FUND IT! I almost blew out milk and cereal all over my monitor.

Surprised that thought didn't occur to me at the mention of LMFAO.
