Ladies and Gents,

Further to my previous post about photos the following has been established :

- Celeb Photos between 13:00 - 14:30 on both days,
- General Photos between 11:00 - 13:00 on both days,
- Photo printing will be done on site

But, heres the big one ...

The centre closes at 1700 on Saturday,

At 1730, there will be an "Epic Group Photo" outside the centre.
This will include the celebs, everyone who has been involved in the AE, UKCM, organisers.. basically everyone that made the event happen.
This will be the only official photo containing ALL the celebs!

The prices for 6" x 9"* prints are as previously discussed:
- Celeb photos at the booth will be - £15
- General photos at the booth will be - £5
- The "Epic Group Photo" will be available on Sunday for - £5

There is a reasonable cost associated with the printing that I must cover up front.
My intention is not to make a big profit out of this, simply cover the cost of doing it.
Therefore, please don't forget to visit the booth on either day to get some photos taken, or on the Sunday to get your copy of the "Epic Group Photo".
Also point any other non-UKCM costumers that turn up in the direction of the booth.

Please note, that the group photo will not be made available digitally (i.e. Email, Facebook, Twitter...), so if you want a print, be sure to get one at the event.

The EPIC photo, very considerate of you to do this, those working the event will end up missing a lot of it, a memento like this will be something to treasure.

I assume this will be done after the 'special' A.E. runthrough at 5pm has finished

Aye, that is something to keep in mind - when we did special runthroughs previous years, they tended to go on for ... most of the night! Or that's how it felt.

But, I'm guessing you'll be doing the photo out the front of Challenger anyway? If you're missing loads of people then knock on our door!

Or grab EVERYONE prior to the SPECIAL RUN THROUGH?

It will make sense to do the photo after the extra run through which should be about 5:30 as Chris posted. We'll make sure everyone is there even if we have to use the buddy system and make everyone hold hands
