Hi all

There will be ID cards in use this year, I think it was 2007 that this was done before (?). Anyway, I've compiled a list from the various threads (please see below) and would like people to check:

a. They are on it if they should be
b. If they know of anyone I have missed out.
c. I have spelt their real name properly
d. Their board name is correct.
e. There are some board names on there that I do not know the real names of the people, please supply.

It was indeed 2007 when we had the ID cards, I recall helping out sleeving them all LOL I`ll have my UKCM ID card too

Hi guys

Thanks for the replies. Just to be clear this list is made up from all the names on the various areas, AE, Nerf Range etc. You will only need an ID card if your name is on this list.

@ ScouseTrooper. I did not see your name on any of the volunteer lists which is why your name is not on this one. The Display table could do with a couple more people though as two of their guys are now in the AE as well so only available half the time. If you would like to be on the Rota for that then I will add you to the list.

@ bugstomper99. Re your girlfriend, please see above reply to ScouseTrooper, same applies.

Skapunk, could you add Marie to the AE list in replacement of Rogue who is no longer coming if you want to and if she wants to volunteer for that.

Could you also add Jamie and Henry to your lists on whichever role/team they are needed.

As above, I'll then add all their names to this list.

We do not need any photographers for the event or gophers/fetchers or other undefined roles.

Anyone not on the list will have to pay for entry.

Darren, I already planned to pay for Lynne's entry fee as she's not down for any of the tables (I don't know how long she'll be in costume or at the NSC) and any photo taking is for herself, I just included her incase the ID's were a blanket thing.
