As soon as I'm able I will take all the current information, current offers of Prop/Costume/Model/Misc contributions, resources, etc, and will try to create a master list in this thread.

We don't want to duplicate too many things unnecessarily, also need to present our props and costumes in the best possible way.

Big Stew is coming down, as is Claymore.
I THINK the current plan is for me, Marie and Stew to come down as early as possible on the Friday, and for Clay and Bolt to follow as soon as Bolt's finished work on Friday evening.
Not 100% on Bri's plan as yet...

I think you could do with one or two more people that are just on your Rota Andy. If Chosen one or bugstomper want to see any panels when not in the AE then this could cause problems and leave the other 3 of you on the table most of the time.

Jamie and Henry can help but same as above really.

Mole, would you be ok to be on the display Rota instead now please?

With one more fixed on your list Andy the other four should be able to help fill any holes when needed and when they're not in the AE. I guess you'll have to see what teams Jamie and Henry are assigned to. Richard is hoping to have his AE lists finalised tonight so that should help.

I'll keep updating the first post for current staffing of the UKCM display tables.

Darren, the more staff the merrier I think.

Anyone who wouldn't mind sparing an hour or so would be greatly appreciated.

I will wait till Rich has his rotas firmed up before I worry about the Display Table rota's.

Will try to get a master list sorted out for exhibits, who is bringing them and how they will be displayed as soon as I can.

Some of this will be done after I get back from Dragoncon.

Hi All,

I've gone through the posts that are pertinent to the 'UKCM/Aliens Legacy Replica Display Area' and come up with a master list to work to.

I have updated the first post in this thread with a list of items for the display area as it stands now.

Could people look at it and confirm they can still display the items listed.

Items in Red still need to be volunteered, if anyone can help with those, or has any other items that they think would be suitable for the table please post.

Rich (skapunkninja) whats the situation with a Smartgunner mannequin, are you still okay with that?

Steve (PVB) Do you have any of the A3/A4 Dropship Art/Cutaway posters, if you or anyone else does and wouldn't mind bringing it along please shout.

Steve, I spoke to Darren last night and I think we have four tables each.

Not sure of the location as yet, a wall behind would be helpful, but I don't know.

I will drop Malika a line and see if she knows.

I guess a lot will be played by ear and have to be sorted out on the Friday.
