The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Lies! Lies and subterfuge!

Boltie down, clear and rested.

Pics and a few snippets of video on the way.

Thanks and congrats to all for such a friggin awesome weekend! Loved being the terrified grunt in the corridor that stumbles out of the darkness, only to be nommed by the bugs. I dont know if its a good thing or not, but I can pull off abject coward quite well.

Glad the nerf range was a hit, even with on-the-morning, as-the-punters-were-filing-in paintwork being done =p Anyone get nerfecuted this year?

Thanks to Saturday night, a kilt, and mr Jack Daniels I now know more of you more than I ever thought I would =P

Roll on next year!

Just spent the last twelve hours of my life on Adobe Prem pro editing the video, saving frequently ect. When I tried to export it, the herddrive asploded, and lost all my work.

:(

What I'm saying, is that I'm just going to put a quick one together in windows movie maker now. <vulgarity>Premier can lick my balls. </vulgarity>

EDIT: There was this however, that I managed to save. The skip in the footage there, is where I had to put it back together in movie maker, and couldn't recreate the transition. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SOqqvK6jTuE

The video hasn't finished processing yet according to the message at the top of the screen. Just give it a little while.

Cheers

Looks to me like the upload to YT failed/stopped.

Maybe try deleting that 'vid' from your YT account and uploading it again?

Also, another old IT thing: "If it's not backed up, it can't have been important."

BTW, an aside : Did anyone find an unbuilt vinyl kit of ED-209 in with their stuff?
I had one with me when I left the flat, and I can't find the bugger anywhere!
