The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Actually, yes. Notes, receipts, drawings on cocktail napkins, crumpled up bits of candy wrappers, Etch-A-Sketches, you name it. If you can communicate something on it, they can look at it. Maybe if you tattooed something across your nether regions, they might leave that alone, but I wouldn't count on it.

There's two places that do brecky in the Hyatt:

So I guess it'd be hard to keep track of who's paid in advance for what sort of food?

I'm slightly more cynical: I think it's because they want us to give them more money for breakfast! ;)

Fact is he is not even a Private... yet :)

Former "General" Harris as been court marshalled by UKCM HQ for crimes, which will be made pubic at Dcon. He has been reduced in rank to that of "Pellet" which is the entry level for all recruits to the UKCM.

This is the reason why "Pellet" Harris will be in armour for the first time at Dcon.

All will become clear at Dcon :)

He also saw the hyooge amount of stuff I'll be taking to Atlanta and wondered how long I was staying, as he thought it was only less than a week.

I have two sets of BDUs, one UKCM (2pat) and one set USCM (3pat).

When I get my other set of name tapes, they'll go on the UKCM set and be written to suit.
