The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Private Xeno photoshoot area in the dark under infrared? (We do show up under infrared, if you know the right polarisation!)

People would be paying for entrance, photos, autographs and AE so it would not matter. But to be honest.

Paying for everything comes to well over £140 (including £5 for the AE). For one person. Not every person/family/group will be willing/able to pay all of that.

I'm sure there'll be times when a Xeno or two will be wandering around to scare a few more of the less wealthy. 8)

I Hope to be up at the NSC Friday around 10am to help out in setting up the AE, Nef range and display tables as there a lot to do and also dry runs of the AE for the new people.

I will bring as much tooling as I can to get out of any problem that arise.

Is there any thing that we should get like tape and blue tac for signs?

I will be bringing up charger's for all types of batties and lights.

Cheer's Steve

That is a good point - Do we know what time we can get into Challenger to start setting up the AE? Is there a school group booked for the Friday?

Another thought, quite often punters leave bags/coats etc in the briefing area and then collect them after - which is fine, but I think we need to ensure that they are escorted by a designated (avoids "I thought u were doing it") AE bod to make sure it's only their stuff they leave with etc.

I'll check with Malika about the Challenger suite and get back to you. The rest of the stuff, like displays and Nerf range etc I doubt we will be able to start setting up until the Centre is closed and the public have left but again I'll check.

Cheers

That's good- I've booked that afternoon off work so I'll be available there from about 2pm. Didn't expect to be getting access to Challenger until 4...

See you all there :)

This is on the Friday before the event (23rd)

There's a Claire going spare and willing to help out if there are any other roles/duties required.
She's good at organising stuff, can bring her own lab coat and smart Company suit.

Anything at all?

Plenty of space for lab rats, I always thought we should fill as much desk space in there to make it look busier.

I'm bringing my own labcoat too but as far as I'm aware there are about 5 or so spare labcoats that are part of the set of props for the A.E.

Can anyone confirm this? Cheers
