The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

At the airport after D*Con, the UKCM's illustrious leaders Bazfish and Mantroon encharged me with a division for Abe and his photo-whoring bro's to call their own: The UKCM Bioweapons division "Area 52"!

Outwardly it's a respectable military research organisation, but since the head research scientists are Dr. Hans Lubricant and Dr. Wolfgang Bigboy (you may have met them at D*Con, esp. if you are a woman!) not much serious research is done. Additionally, the sympathetic Marine alter egos of the creatures are in charge of facility security so the beasts are free to photo-whore and make mischief to their heart's desire!

Any UKCM member that has an Alien or Predator alter ego is eligible. Other non-human UKCM members that appear at drops will considered for membership on their photo-whoring merits. Since even I have been known to dress in Marine uniform at drops occasionally, only the creature is considered a member of Bioweapons; the gestalt entity is therefore permitted to be in both the Bioweapons division and a Marine UKCM regiment.

Below is the current roster of the residents of the UKCM Bioweapons research facility:
  • Abe (Xenomorph) - Marine Warden: SSgt Gareth Ellner
  • Preston (Predator) - Marine Warden: SSgt Darren Kemp
  • Alan (Xenomorph) - Marine Warden: Lt Simon Smith
  • Percy (Predator) - Marine Warden: Cpl Rich Hyatt-Dowling
  • Axl (Xenomorph) - Marine Warden: PFC Andrew David
  • Perry (Predator) - Marine Warden: PFC Jon Murphy
  • Alien Whore (Xenomorph) - Marine Wardens: Pvt Russell Clark, PFC Jon Murphy, PFC Andy Gardener ...
  • Dave (Xenomorph) - Marine Warden: Pvt Bri McEnroe
  • Angus T. Ape (Gorilla Soldier) - Marine Pilot Warden: PFC Karyn Shields
  • Gordon T. Gorilla (Gorilla Soldier) - Marine Warden: Cpl Andy Spencer
  • Kimiko (Hybrid Halo Elite) - Marine Warden: Pvt Leia Smith

Well when i get my marine armour im designing a Weyland Yutani Bio-weapons division, security containment team.

Black Flightsuit/ boiler suit. Black armour, Black cap. Yellow WY logos on hat/helmet and armour.

Version two: same as above but with Olive green flight suit/boiler suit, dark green armour and grey/ green logos.

That look cool as corporate mercs.

As long as they aren't too serious. You did see the photos of the head scientists?

I was thinking of getting a pair of military goggles with black lenses to go with them, make the merc look a little more sinister. i'd think it go well with the head scientists.

I did consider calling it the "Dr Hans Lubricant's Creature Asylum", but I thought that might encourage silliness. And we couldn't have that, could we Abe? No! Of course not! HSSSssssssss!

Shouldn't it be Bio-Weapons, rather than Bioweapons?

I looked into that, and the US Government and various encyclopaedias seem to think it's not hyphenated.

...So called because it rhymes with and is an original Alien War bug suit, which means it's seen more combat action than all the other suits put together!

And Jon you're welcome to wear it again.
Jason, you're not.

Any room for Angus and Gordon?

Maybe they should be in the `Guerrilla Warfare Division' ?

Angus T. Ape (Gorilla Soldier) - Marine Pilot Warden: Karyn Shields
Gordon T. Gorilla (Gorilla Soldier) - Marine Warden: Andy Spencer

(Not sure what our marine ranks are anymore!)

Cheers,
Karyn

I thought you used to be under honorary members, but obviously not. I suppose you should be under Homers Heroes now we've seen you in armour. :)

I think I was under Honorary members. I mentioned it to Troon actually a while back but I guess he forgot. It's no biggie.

Sorry for the slight derailment. As you were. :)
