The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I've got a quick question for those who bought the embroidered name tapes through that order that Darren Friendlyskies put in.

I'm about to sew (okay, to be fair I'm about to ask someone who can actually sew) them onto my BDU but they're really stiff. I'd imagine they'd be easier to stitch if they were softer.

My question is can I wash them to soften them up?

Thanks in advance,

Harry

The answer is YES.

I have washed them five or so times and now they are soft.

Put them in the washing machine Harry as I sewn them straight on and it was hard work.

Stitch it as it is,the needle goes through nice & easy. No need to soften them up.

Now stitching the name onto the SPatarmour, that was a little more difficult ;)
