@TANGO'D FETT: Checked on this mate, please bring all your Aliens stuff as mentioned, it sounds great.
As for the other general display stuff, it turns out that was proposed for the original movie mania event which I think is in November or December (not quite sure). So to clarify, Alien/s only stuff for this event and then Movie Mania (if you're going) will operate with a display of general sci-fi props and business as usual.

I'm not quite sure what's going on with the UKCM/Alien/s display tables as yet, but I'm sure we are going to need your help.

You and Martin would be a great asset on the tables, not only helping to keep an eye out on the items but with your knowledge of how the props and models are put together.

great news chaps , have been looking forward to this event so well chuffed to be back on board

Where do you want us , in the same area as you guys would work best i was thinking ? Is it in the john ecclestone suite bit again ? what amount of tables are their available too , am thinking we would only need 3-4 , 1-2 for the workshops and 2 for the props , Andy G said we can have his smartgun rig when not in use plus his VP70 and some weyland yutani props for display.

Will also need air con ,comfy cushions and smoked salmon for lunch and chocolate biscuits , thats chocolate none of that digestive and rich tea crap like last time oh and just the one personal masseuse this time !

The John eggleston will be the changing area this year. All the displays will be in the main gallery area. Not sure on number of tables just yet. Will get back to you. Glad you guys can make it again.
